OUR RIGHTS SHOULDN'T DEPEND ON WHERE WE LIVE!

3.5 million U.S. citizens are treated as second-class Americans because they live in one of five U.S. territories. I believe in equal rights for all American citizens, wherever they may live within the United States. 

Thousands of soldiers from U.S. territories defend democracy abroad while they and their families are denied democracy at home. Their service demonstrates why citizens in these areas deserve full federal representation and equal rights. The right to vote should not depend on where you live.

I support equal rights now for all U.S. citizens: equal citizenship, equal constitutional rights, and equal representation.  All that should matter is that you are a U.S. citizen—it shouldn’t matter where you live.
