Voters Reject Propositions 1A-1E, Pass 1F

With 100% of Precincts Reporting from the May 19 Statewide Special Election,
California voters soundly rejected the budget compromise crafted by legislators.
Now that voters see the difficulty in achieving 50% support to pass a budget, we
should remove the 2/3 statute from our State Constitution to ensure on-time
budgets that better represent our democratic values.
